

Ingredients
Sesame Oil Dressing (see below)
1 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (2 1/2 to 3 cups)
3 green onions, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
1 stalk celery, diced 1/2
lrg. head romaine lettuce, shredded (7 cups)
1 cup packaged chow main noodles
1 tbs. sesame seeds, lightly toasted
Prepare Sesame Oil Dressing. Set aside.
Toss chicken, onions, celery and romaine in serving bowl.
Pour dressing over salad; toss. Top with noodles and sesame seeds.
Ingredients
1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
1 tsp. vegetable oil
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Stir ingredients together and stir until sugar dissolves.
